GROJFANS - The second half of season one is about to air on Teletoon!

FOR REAL THIS TIME! Teletoon has confirmed that the NEW episodes of‪ #‎Grojband‬ will indeed start playing tonight! Thursday March 5th at 7:30pm on Teletoon. It will keep running in this time slot every week this month then switch to the 6:00pm time slot in April. It would mean the world to me and everyone on the team if you could watch or at least set your PVR's. Viewing numbers REALLY do count and Teletoon could renew this awesome series if the ratings are kickass. 

WE CAN DO IT!!!

ORIGINAL 22 MINUTE GROJBAND PILOT

Originally we pitched GROJBAND as a 22 minute series. Here's the leica before we cut it down to 11 mins. A few things you'll notice... Mr. Riffin, Mina's voice, the idea of trying to get Trina's diary back to her... and I'm sure find a bunch more. Ultimately, I'm glad we cut it down to 11. The energy is way better.

And this is the 11 minute version.

I’ve uploaded a playlist (above) of all the production music for season one. This is how it came in to us for approvals from the composers. These are the names we use and the first run lyrics before any changes. You may notice some differences from the ones you’re use to hearing AND a song or two that may have been cut for time.

STORYBOARD PITCH!!!

Storyboard artist Brian Coughlan came in and pitched us a sequence for an upcoming episode where Trina's soul is trapped in her car. What does a possessed car do in the world of GROJBAND? Why, go to the mall for a make-over shopping spree, natch.

Storyboard pitches historically have been done by having the artist hang their drawings up on the walls and then talk and act their way through the show. We work digitally now, so we have the guys talk and act their way through the show while showing their drawings on our computer screen.
